Fast-a-Thon We go hungry, so they can eat! On Monday, October 24, 2005 the MSA will be holding a Fast-A-Thon. For every person that fasts, a donation will be made to Hurricane Katrina and the South Asian Earthquake victims. We hope that this event will give insight as to how Muslims around the world spend the month of Ramadan and help a charitable cause at the same time. The fast (from food and water) will run from dawn till sunset. At 6:30pm in Chumash the MSA will be holding a post fast dinner for all those who participated, with food provided of course.
